Jordan Todd

Founder and Trainer

Jordan is a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with a BSc in Nutrition, Exercise & Health.

Jordan's love for fitness began at an early age, spending his childhood training in Karate and achieving multiple British Championship titles.

He now enjoys training his clients of all ages, with his youngest client being 4 years old and oldest being 104!

Karl Webber

Trainer

Karl is a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer and the first trainer to join the team.

Karl has been a PT for over 7 years and has 10 years worth of training experience. He Ioves all aspects of fitness including strength, muscle building, olympic lifting and kettlebells.

Karl has a very open and real world approach to both training and nutrition and knows how important these are for people of all ages.
